There are already several things which the FATF explained were being a no no and a decide someplace would strike down. Because it pertains to FRTs, are these authorized to purchase any place or is it just Texas?  Do you have to be considered a member of some gun rights org? For anyone who is a member of that org can you purchase them everywhere?-
